Chiropractic - Conditions We Treat

Neck, Mid Back and Low Back Pain

Chiropractic spinal adjustment is the best way to maximize the spinal joint mobility in the shortest amount of time. When you have spinal pain with difficulty moving, gentle spinal adjustments are the quickest way to loosen up the locked up joints.

Disc Herniation / Sciatica

Disc herniation and sciatic pain is a very difficult situation. We have a state of art Decompression therapy available. It is proving that it is the safest and most effective treatment method. Our office makes it very affordable, too.

Headaches

Most of the headaches, especially tension headaches are usually caused by tight neck and shoulder muscles originated by hypomobile cervical (neck) spinal joints. Chiropractic treatments with proper posture exercises can help headaches tremendously. Taking pain pills will not solve any problems.

Extremities

Pain in hip, shoulders, elbows, hands, wrists, knees and feet are also treated with Chiropractic. We will address not only the symptoms but also the causes. Incorrect usage and posture is usually the cause of extremities pain. Once they are correctly identified and treated, pain will go away sooner.

Frozen Shoulder

Frozen shoulder is not an easy problem to solve. It takes time and effort. Proper stretching and posture exercises combined with our treatment helps the recovery process that much easier.

Plantar Fascitis

Plantar fascitis has become a very common word recently. Along with heel spurs, it can be improved remarkably by our custom made Footlevelers orthotics.

Self Care

Posture

We believe our patient's posture is the most important aspect in taking care of many mechanical pain. It is becoming increasingly important as people are spending more and more time sitting in front of computers, lap tops or cell phones. Our patients will receive an education about how to improve their posture easily during the first visit.

Stretching Exercises

When our moving parts are over worked or injured, our first defensive system is producing pain and locking up the injured area. Stretching exercises will gradually restore the motion to the area. These exercises will be specifically designed for each patient's needs.

Strengthening Exercises

Once our patient's pain is completely gone and the mobility is returned fully, strengthening exercises will be prescribed. They are designed to prevent future injuries and maintain the healthy range of motion and strength.

Dr. Oz explains Chiropractic Adjustment

Chiropractic Neck Treatment:

Neck pain, or cervical pain, is commonly treated by chiropractors very successfully. There are many causes of neck pain and your chiropractor will examine you to determine which structures are causing the pain.

Chiropractic cervical adjustments are very specific and very precise and applied to a particular vertebrae. Most patients find that the adjustments aren't painful at all and that they feel a profound sense of relief after the adjustment.
